Story time:
So, many who follow me know I moved to Bengaluru. So, last Saturday I came to Chenai to shift things. I told everyone in my family that I'm going to transport my bike in Packers and Movers but guess what? I didn't...
I always wanted to do a long ride. Before marriage when I got my Batmobile (Honda Hornet) I wanted to cover coastal South. Starting from Chennai - Kanyakumari - Calicut - Mangalore - Goa - Vizag and back to Chennai. That was one ambitious dream of mine. It's ambitious because
if I ride more than 100 kms my back will start aching. So, this dream of mine never took off. So, now that I'm moved to Bangalore, I didn't want to miss this opportunity to do a long ride. So, without telling anyone I came riding to Bengaluru.
My wife and parents will chummave get worried and if I tell this they will never let me. So, anyways I had to cross Kanchi, so called up Namma @wolfiehere5 and met him (Finally).
Although it was an awkward 15 mins meet 😂, I'm glad I met him.
So, since I took a little detour instead of sticking to the Highway it took exactly 3 hours and 20 mins to reach my 1st 100 kms... The next 100 kms I crossed in 2 hours... I decided to have dinner in Krishnagiri and I did.
Until Krishnagiri it was a very smooth ride. But from Krishnagiri to Bengaluru it was so dangerous. Lots of trucks inthe roads, speeding cars. Trucks driving as if their appan kattivitta road and blocking the entire lanes. These cars were rushing as if they urgently want to poop
I escaped in one incident. One car bugger was tailing another car which I ddint realise. Payapulla didn't have head light 😳
So, I was about to overtake a lorry to its right, I saw a speeding car and slowed down behind the lorry, when it was about to cross I put my indicator to
follow that car and fortunately I saw one bugger car driver tailing and slowed down. I'm someone who makes sure to turn on the indicators when I cross a lane and this helped inthis long drive. Although I had a slight backpain and killing cold the next day. It was a great great
experience. After reaching Bengaluru safely, I told my wife. She was like I suspected you would do that. She thittified and said urupidiya poi sendhiye adhu varaikkum sandhosam. 😂 (Fin)
