The fact even if i close literally everything on my computer and DMC3 STILL cant maintain 60fps while I could have 5 chrome tabs open and DMC5 could be smooth as butter means that this is a shittly optimised port.

Yeah if I'm running a 2005 game at 1280x720 anti-aliasing off and using the game's fucking turbo mode and it's still unable to hold 60fps there is something wrong with your fucking game.
I checked task manager it's not even using 50% of computers capacity I fail to see how this is anything to do with my end and not just this port sucking dick
