1. I believe in human methodology and want to tell teachers that they play many roles from mentor to mother.

2. The role of education is today about the shaping of Mind and thank #NEP2020 for making this happen

4. I speak about Extra Sensory Perception, and it is up to us how we can channelise the vibrant energies

5. Shares an analogy of an old guitar and how the value can be enhanced by a competent guide who was able to transform a rusted guitar into a valuable instrument
6. Philosophy of loving and gentle touch can transform any student's life

7. This philosophy had transformed my life and work at JGI when I started with Jain College in 1990

8. Early in 1990 I understood that a teacher without empathy can hurt the future of a student
9. We have grown from 33 to 90000+ students because of the philosophy of loving and gentle touch, transforming lives all around

10. All you are potentially divine. Please try to understand the child.
11. 11. A Toddler thinks like an adult today, and hence we have to change how we manage their minds

12. Recommends a book by Josephy Murphy which speaks about the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind
13. Teachers come with a lot of stress in the classroom. They need to smile more

14. It is important to make technical/subject knowledge contextual and relevant and shared an anecdote of how a teacher transformed a child in two years.
15. Today, to succeed, one needs idea and passion and not money. Every student can become an entrepreneur.

16. How can we bring aspirational thoughts in the minds of the student in the classroom? We need to address this on priority.
17. Subject and Technical knowledge are important, and teachers must follow the framework, but how will a teacher's identify a child's strength and work on it?

18. Can we create that aspirational thought in every child

19. No child is dull
20. Make education practical and inter-disciplinary using project-based learning

21. Little small things make a huge difference

22. Develop social skills in the student
23. Every child has her own pace of learning, so its important to understand child psychology.

24. Important to build love and joy in the child

24. Use experience, exploration driven learning
25. Every teacher must be an all-rounder. Should pursue MA in Psychology first.

25. We have lost the power of the smile in our life.

26. I remember more than 20,000 students name in my Group, and that is how you build relationships
27. We think that we are the most knowledgeable person in the world. Such thoughts create a barrier in working with the child.

28. I believe in what impact you make in the mind of the child?

29. Every person can have a role to play in life
30. Basic foundation must be made strong with loving and gentle touch philosophy

31. Even at the age of 60, the energy of the child keeps me going on with passion

32. Don't be like a helicopter teacher, hitting a child from the top
33. Many parents are educated illiterate and pampered - Forcing students to pursue things they don't enjoy or like.

34. I often give "Chairman's Assignments" to students, and it works wonders with the children

35. Why do we have the culture of students calling teachers Sir?
36. SIR means Servant I remain

37. @Google is the biggest classroom today

38. So the role of teachers is to raise aspirational thought with a loving and gentle touch

39. We have to focus on "Knowledge on the field."
40. We must respect each child and her abilities, whatever their age

41. I have created a model of extended education in my Group

42. To conclude, all your concepts are with you. It is available freely in abundance over the internet. But, how will you make a difference
43. Each and every teacher must get to the level of expertise in their subject.

46. Teachers must not work for money alone. That is a by-product of what you do.
47. Create the aspiration for yourself before you create that in the mind of the child

48. Everyone can become an entrepreneur. Everyone can start a School and become Social Entrepreneurs

49. Become a master in your subject, do research and take PhD
50. Every human being takes only 1/10 of their potential so it is important to harness your full potential.

51. If you persevere hard, hangon and sustain long enough you can overcome any obstacle

55. If you want success, focus on life

56. Work as if tomorrow is your last day.
57. Malcolm Gladwell says you become a genius if you research on a topic for minimum 10000 hours

58. Self-management and self-discipline is important

59. Don't complicate life, it is simple
60. Learn from everybody

61. Keep it simple

62. Follow the ten points enumerated above to be successful in life.
