1. Follow more women on social networks and RT them more frequently
2. Don't ask who to follow, there's lists out there, use search
Hiring
1. Make your job ads more inclusive
2. Share jobs to URM networks & groups
3. Improve flexibility of working practices
4. Promote/cross-hire from within
Sponsorship
1. For every opportunity you can make recommendations for, take time to review your network before making a recommendation
2. (Politely) block overspeaking of women in meetings
3. Secure training budgets for women, esp those in part time roles
4. Make introductions
