First what is Fuse?
Fuse, simply put, is like a whitelisted $AAVE. It's a product that would allow people to provide anything that has value as collateral to be borrowed against - a concept they call "superfluid collateral"

This means that anyone will be able to create pools of assets which are their own distinct money markets (curves, oracles, etc)
Fuse will first start by allowing any tradeable asset on Uniswap to qualify as collateral, and they'll work on supporting more types in the future

So instead of just being able to put your house as collateral, imagine being able to put your computer, Twitter account, or even leveraged asset positions as collateral in order to borrow dollars/stablecoins/other assets

Next is Tanks.
Tanks is really exciting, as it's built on top of Fuse. Tanks will allows users to deposit any asset into Fuse, borrow a stable asset against it, and deposit it into the Rari Stable Pool to earn interest on it
