As you're seeing with the Gina Carano situation, leftists live in a different dimension and are incapable of seeing themselves as wrong. So they gaslight, and speak a world into existence, no matter what the evidence shows or what the reality is.
Disney (and the rest of Hollywood) has a clear slant when it comes people being in their ranks and not being political leftists. This isn't my opinion. Disney is currently employing multiple people that have conflated half of the voting population as Nazis. Again, not my opinion.
They remain employed. That is the acceptable opinion in that subculture. They place positions on their enemies because they need them to be true in order to validate their nonsensical views. They are not at all concerned with universalizing their positions or consistency.
They can't even concede the idea that this leftist bias is even present. Thus why they say "these are just the consequences of her saying [enter dishonest claim]"

But the entertainment elites have made it abundantly clear where they stand and the people that they are attempting to appeal to want you removed and deplatformed. They don't want you existing in the spaces they hijacked and they are going to present YOU as the worst people.
And this is why I'm constantly telling non-leftists to stop putting so much stake the political arena and get involved in subcultures as that is where the battle is. Politics are the lagging indicator. Unapologetically support, embrace and engage with us.
And as the alternatives rise, the leftists will continue to slander because they don't want you successful. They want you pledging allegiance to their causes. But they can only do so much. Truth is, Gina (as many of us in entertainment are) was on an island behind enemy lines.
There are non leftists cultural influencers. Actors, creators, athletes, musicians, gamers etc. Seek them out, and throw your support behind them as you would a massive entertainment property/people that trot out subjects that hate everything about you and talk down onto you.
It's not that they aren't there. It's that many of you have neglected or ignored them as virtually every subculture got infiltrated by leftist. This may be because you thought you had the ideas on your side and that you're a moral person. You're seeing now that isn't good enough.
And if you are one of those in this space as a creator, the time to be silent or shy about what you are has long passed. I'm not saying beat your audience over the head with your social views or politics. I'm saying stop being in hiding because you're afraid to be ostracized.
This problem isn't going to way and will get worse as long as it's ignored. But there is absolutely an identifiable solution.
