dan and phil play rock paper scissors to decide who will answer the door they have staring contests and they drink their soda out of wine glasses sometimes when all their mugs are dirty even though they have way too many mugs for two people
they watch tv shows together and they text important documents to each other they never have conversations over the phone they just text or video call whenever they're apart even though you'd think they'd get sick of each other after living together for almost 10 years
phil brings dan tea when he sees him writing he was also the first person aside from dan's publishers i assume to read his book and it made him change some things about his life and it let him know more about dan even though they've known each other for almost 12 years
they've been working on the house they're gonna be living in for the rest of their lives for three years deciding on everything from the flooring to the wall colours to where the plugs go this is going to be the fourth place where they've lived together
dan searched everywhere to find the shoes phil wanted for his birthday in his rare shoesize and he did phil spent £300 on a candle for dan which he said was the only thing he really wanted dan bought phil bath pearls for xmas bc he listened to him talking about them months before
they mostly cook pasta for dinner and order takeaway other times they mostly text each other about food and dogs and they have the same favourite kind of pizza they like to order from domino's but domino's stopped making it which bummed them out
they went to japan two times and the experience that they had there was so perfect they're afraid to go there again because what if this experience won't be as perfect and the other two get ruined?
they both had anxiety dreams when they got their fish and they gave him a burial when he died they befriended two pigeons and took one of them to the vet when he got injured and they will miss those pigeons very much when they move houses
dan and phil love each other and they like each other which is also i think very important. they trust each other and they enjoy each other's company and it's nice that they share all these personal things with us. they also have certain boundaries which i also love and respect
watching them grow and change but also stay the same and always together throughout the years has been very lovely and i look forward to seeing more :] i love them very dearly
