I feel bad for my wife. The house we lived in when we were first married had electrical issues, namely when it rained water came into the electrical box. Lots of sparking. But when it first started it just caused flickering lights. Now, 30 years later, flickering
lights cause me to have mild panic issues. It don't help that we have our important stuff hooked to a UPS battery backup that beeps when there's a power issue. Our house is also located at the end of the line so anything happening before us causes our lights to flicker.
Today is a power beeping, lights flickering day. Power outages around us but still. My rock is my wife. But she's asleep. She's an RN working overnights on the covid floor so waking her is not an option. Basically this was a long post asking someone to bring me some Xanax.
