Standards in Women’s Football: I’ve had multiple people ask my advice over the last few days on the programmes they’ve paid for privately from people. Hold the people you’re paying for a service to a high standard. Getting players to just perform 4 sets of 12 reps (1/4)

For every exercise is, in my opinion, just lazy programming. You’ll probably find it has little transferable effect to making you a better athlete and could also be the cause of the injuries and issues you’re sustaining (2/4)
If you’re unsure, ask them how their programme will improve you and how it’s relevant to your sport and to you as an individual. Be fussy over who you pay money to when it comes to improving yourself (3/4).
There’s a reason that to work in any male academy in the UK they’d require you to have a minimum of a 3 year degree, we need to start implementing these standards within women’s football. My DM’s are open for anyone that wants advice (4/4)
